At A Coastal Christmas, we’re committed to getting your holiday treasures to you quickly, securely, and affordably. We use Pirate Ship to offer discounted USPS and UPS rates—with no hidden fees.
📦 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak holiday seasons, processing times may increase We'll keep you informed of any delays.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer real-time shipping rates from USPS and UPS at checkout, reflecting Pirate Ship’s
discounted commercial pricing. Estimated Delivery Times:
- USPS First Class Package: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on your location)

🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package in real time through USPS or UPS tracking tools.
🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
We package every item with care, but if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us
within 7 days of delivery. We will:

Need to Submit a Damage Claim?
📦 For UPS Shipments
To help us file a UPS insurance claim, please provide:
- Recipient's name, address, and phone number
- The UPS tracking number
- Invoice/proof of value
- Proof of payment
- UPS pickup or drop-off date
- Number of damaged items total items
- A detailed description of the damage
- Screenshots of any relevant correspondence
- Photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The packaging, inside and out
- Any internal packing materials
⚠ Please do not discard packaging or items until the claim is resolved.
📮 For USPS Shipments
USPS claims require:
- The tracking or label number
- Evidence of insurance (receipt, label, or online purchase record)
- Proof of value, such as:
- Sales receipt
- Paid invoice or credit card statement
- Online transaction details
- Proof of damage, including:
- Clear photos of the damaged items
- An estimate of repair or replacement costs
📦 Save all original packaging and damaged items until USPS resolves the claim. You may be asked to bring everything to your local Post Office for inspection.
